I had such a great experience! The breakfast area was super clean, though it could use an update, and the gift shop had fun Michigan souvenirs. The room itself was comfortable, which made our stay enjoyable and stress-free. I’d absolutely come back again!

The staff at Radisson were exceptionally hospitable and attentive throughout my stay. The check-in and checkout processes were seamless, allowing me to focus on my business conference rather than logistics. The room was clean and well-maintained, meeting all my needs promptly. missingWrote a review on Sept 22on-site athletic clubgreat showamazing bartenderroom not cleaned
Had a fantastic time with friends! We enjoyed the on-site athletic club and caught a great show at the nearby venue. The lounge on the 9th floor is a must-visit for free breakfast and evening snacks! Jess, the bartender, was amazing.
We did face an issue with our room not being cleaned, which was frustrating after paying a good amount. It took a while to get some resolution, and I felt disappointed about the service aspect during our stay.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfy. Beds were super nice, and I slept really well. The decor was pleasant, which added to the overall vibe. However, the walls felt a bit thin since I could hear noise from the hallway pretty easily. Overall, a decent stay, but could use better soundproofing.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17heated parkingdowntown accesstemperature control
Solid location right at the heart of downtown, putting you within a short stroll to plenty of dining and shopping options. The heated connected parking structure is a big plus during cold or rainy days, keeping you dry and comfortable as you navigate between the car and hotel.
Room temperature control left much to be desired. even with the thermostat set, the air didn't seem to get cooler than 70°F, making for an uncomfortable night on a warm evening. Valet parking charges were steep at $30, yet vacant when we were ready to leave, leading to confusion and us opting for a different place altogether. With high room rates, I expected better room quality and temperature management, yet it felt like the amenities didn’t match the price point.
